Fabricant de semiconducteurs spécialisé dans la conception d'ASICs pour les marchés industriels.
Points clés du poste :
Rattaché(e) au directeur de l'engineering, vous serez responsable d'une équipe de 20 personnes : architectes, designers en charge de développer des SOC hautes performances ADC et DAC, PLL et autres fonctions.
Vos missions seront les suivantes :
* Gestion d'équipe : Diriger une équipe d'environ 20 personnes, comprenant des architectes et des ingénieurs en conception et layout,
* Lead technique de l'équipe de DEsign : Guider tous les aspects de la conception, du concept à la production, en veillant à la cohésion interfonctionnelle ;
* Assurance qualité : promouvoir des méthodologies de développement « First Time Right ».
* Communiquer avec des clients de haut niveau et rendre compte de l'avancement à la direction de l'engineering.
Environnement technique :
* Architecture, design & validation,
* High-speed Nyquist-Rate data converters,
* Architecture et design de circuits de calibration circuits pour améliorer la performance de la conversion,
* Integration de data converters à haute Vitesse dans des blocks dans un SOC numérique complexe,
* Strategies de verification mixed-signals, d'intégrtié de signal et de crosstalk.
Compétences nécessaires :
* De formation Ingénieur
* Avec au moins 15 années d'expérience en Design d'IC et en Lead technique,
* Expérience en mixed signal, et clock circuits.
